I trained for many years in a variety of dance disciplines and have also always been an avid sports player.  After training at a number of prestigious performing arts schools I worked as a professional dancer for a number of years.  I then worked within a well known gym company as the Group exercise manager and fitness instructor. I wanted to share my passion for fitness by creating a personal training and fitness company to enable others to feel confident, happy and really proud of themselves. 

I endeavour to bring my knowledge and experience in the fitness industry to your personal sessions and classes by encouraging you to reach your own potential whilst having a huge amount of fun along the way. ​
